I visited Costa Coffee on this location, Liverpool last Friday and had an amazing experience! I want to give a special shout-out to Elviena, one of the staff members. We had hot chocolate with my little boy yesterday and the service was lovely I lost my handbag at the same time and only realised it was missing the next day (today) Drove all the way down to find my handbag safe with the staff that was so kind to hand it back to me. Today I was speaking to Jess and Michael but all of them have been really helpful and so honest. Thank you to all staff!

I stopped in after a very long drive and was greeted with a warm smile. Not only was my drink delightful, but so were the staff, particularly Elvina, who was friendly and chatty. Great place to satiate the morning coffee cravings. Visited this multiple times while staying at the nearby Travelodge. Really tasty coffees and pastries, would definitely visit again when in the area. The bus stop is just outside the cafe, which is handy to travel to the city center. It is definitely well connected and the staff were lovely as well.
